  • We all want a solid and profitable business, iDunn Consulting can support you to audit your business and identify ways to streamline to recognize more profits. Through our audit process we identify areas that can free up time, automate or business lines that are less profit making – so you, the business owner can make informed decisions for the future.

  • 1. A signed NDA
    2. A clearly defined scope agreed with the MD / owner
    3. Regular communication
    throughout by phone / email /video or in person.
    Once the proposal is agreed, a contract with full terms and conditions is signed.
    Where financial data will be reviewed by iDunn Consulting an NDA will also be signed at this point.
    Only after a clear scope and contract is in place will work commence. Weekly check in points and updates are scheduled as per the project scope and milestones. Communication is conducted
    in person, via zoom, email and video where appropriate. iDunn Consulting does not make any business decisions – that is for the business owner - but supports with
    process identification and
    implementation.

  • We know business owners, wearing many ‘hats’ have too little time. iDunn Consulting helps through our audit and Wholistic framework process to identify the tasks which are low value, unnecessary or can be outsourced helping the business owners get back to running the businesses and what they do best.

    Sometimes it can be the overwhelm, the pressure and just having someone external to discuss the business with who can see the value of the business can be enough. iDunn Consulting actively mentors through different organisations and can be a sounding board for your businesses future.

  • iDunn Consulting works with businesses that are up to 200 employees. We work closely with the leadership team, the department heads and interview key employees. Having a clear agreed workscope, with no or documented creep is key with larger organisations. Making sure, stakeholders are involved, everyones ‘voice’ is heard and that any implementation of change is handled respectfully and collaboratively.

    Working with our partners, who have specialty knowledge we deliver on process improvements, change management and strategic plans for success in the short and long term.

  • Dedicated time with Alison, either face to face or on zoom, on a regular agreed basis. Unscheduled contact to discuss an issue can of course be made by text/ Whatsapp or email, and an agreed time to talk would be made. Sessions generally are 1 hr, with 1-3 discussion points agreed on an agenda.

  • It is your business, Idunn offers support and advise. If the recommendations and actions are not inline with your expectations, then further discussion is required to ensure we understand exactly the direction and deliverables that you want. Regular check ins are scheduled so this situation does not happen.

  • No – we cover and support all of Ireland.

  • We compliment the mentoring, startup support and bootcamps that are offered. iDunn will provide customised support to your situation working on a results based framework, including hands on help. It is our experience that these groups provide guidance and tools, but not the practicality for implementation – this is where we can customise action plans that can deliver results to your business.
